El numeral 6 del artículo 23 de la Ley 590 de 2000, modificado por el numeral 6 del artículo 15 de la Ley 905 de 2004, quedará así:

“6. Determinar los eventos para los cuales el Fomipyme organizará o participará en fondos de capital de riesgo y capital semilla y los mecanismos necesarios para su funcionamiento, buscando atender regionalmente a las empresas y, cuando haya lugar, priorizando proyectos ubicados en las regiones con mayor NBI y/o liderados por población vulnerable como mujeres cabeza de hogar, desplazados por la violencia, comunidades de frontera y reservas campesinas”.
