Art. 208. Además de las personas mencionadas en el artículo 796 del Código Judicial, quienes no pueden hacer tercerías cuando se trate del cumplimiento de una sentencia, tampoco podrán hacerla las personas á quienes se refieren el artículo 771 y siguientes del título IV, libro II de dicho Código.
