Facultades reglamentarias . Toda decreto reglamentario que se expida a partir de la fecha deberá incorporarse al decreto único reglamentario del sector al cual corresponda. Adicionalmente, todo decreto deberá expresar la circunstancia de ser expedido en ejercicio de la facultad del Presidente de la República consignada en el numeral 11 del artículo 189 de la Constitución, y señalar la ley o leyes que reglamenta, así como los artículos en concreto.
