Las constancias escritas de aceptación de los candidatos deberán acompañarse a la solicitud de inscripción o presentarse antes del vencimiento del término de dicha inscripción, y en el caso del artículo 94 de este Código, las constancias escritas de aceptación de los candidatos reemplazantes deberán acompañarse a la solicitud de modificación de las listas de candidatos. Las listas que se inscriban no podrán contener más candidatos que el de personas por elegir para la respectiva corporación.
