Art. 11. El Director de la Contabilidad general reglamentará la de las Oficinas que por el presente se establecen, de acuerdo con el Tesorero general de la República. Las reformas que las circunstancias exijan respecto del reglamento que contiene este Decreto, se harán por resoluciones del Ministerio del Tesoro. Publíquese.
