Art. 25. El servicio de la oficina correspondiente á la Sección 2ª se hará por el Jefe de la Sección; el Inspector general que será el Subjefe; el Cajero fiscal y el escribiente. El Director de Obras públicas tendrá oficina por separado para lo concerniente al desempeño de sus funciones.
