Consecuencias del fallo absolutorio. Si la sentencia que se dictare en el proceso revisado fuere absolutoria, el procesado o sus herederos pueden demandar, de quien las hubiere recibido la devolución de las sumas de dinero pagadas como sanción o como indemnización de perjuicios.
