La disposición delArtículo anterior se aplicará también al que, para cometer uno de los delitos de que trata este título, invada el edificio público o privado o se apodere por violencia o fraude de las armas, municiones o víveres destinados al comercio, o que se hallen en depósito, aunque el hecho tenga señalada pena privativa de la libertad inferior a tres años.
