º Conforme al decreto número 355, de 11 de febrero de 1937, los años necesarios para optar el título de doctor en derecho y ciencias políticas son seis, incluyendo en ellos los estudios correspondientes al pensum del primer año universitario, creado por dicho decreto. Esta disposición atañe por igual a todas las facultades nacionales o privadas.
