Funciones de las entidades y oficinas públicas de cultura. Entre sus funciones, además de las que les determina su acto de creación, tendrán en relación con el sistema, las siguientes

Ejecutar el plan de cultura, en coordinación con el Ministerio de Cultura.

Participar activamente en la formulación y seguimiento del Plan de Cultura en su jurisdicción.

Ejercer la Secretaría Técnica del Consejo de Cultura de su jurisdicción.

Articular, coordinar y ejecutar las políticas y programas de fortalecimiento institucional y promover procesos y espacios de concertación.
