Financiación. Las funciones asignadas al Comité Interinstitucional para la prevención del tráfico ilícito y la repatriación de bienes muebles de interés cultural, geológico y paleontológico que se encuentran fuera del territorio nacional, se desarrollarán con cargo a los recursos de las entidades que la conforman, según el presupuesto asignado para cada vigencia fiscal, respetando el Marco Fiscal de Mediano Plazo y el Marco de Gasto de Mediano Plazo.
