Cuando por razón de la fecha de presentación voluntaria o por cualquier otro motivo no se alcanzare a notificar el auto de detención o el fallo de segunda instancia, el interesado podrá, aun sin conocer la providencia, hacer las solicitudes a que se refieren los artículos anteriores, y si el memorial se presenta en tiempo oportuno, las autoridades militares deben darle curso.
