Decreto 3036 de 2013 · Por el cual se liquida el Presupuesto General de la Nación para la vigencia fiscal de 2014, se detallan las apropiaciones y se clasifican y definen los gastos.

El ajuste al Sistema General de Participaciones (SGP) de 2014 a favor de la Nación por $64.478.170.965, en aplicación del

parágrafo del artículo 28 de la Ley 1176 de 2007 que resulta de la diferencia del crecimiento real de la economía de 4% de 2010 certificado por el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística (DANE) de 2013, frente al estimado preliminar de 4,3% y que generó recursos a favor de la atención a la primera infancia en la vigencia 2012, se realizará en la vigencia 2015, cuando se cuente con recursos del que pueda ser descontable este valor por el mismo concepto.
