El impuesto nacional de consumo de cigarrillos establecido por el Decreto número 92 de este año, seguirá liquidándose por los mismos funcionarios que hoy cobran el impuesto departamental de tabaco, y se recaudará por los respectivos Administradores o Recaudadores de Hacienda Nacional con observancia de las normas que al efecto dicte la Contraloría General de la República.
