Cuando a bordo de una aeronave se cometa un delito, o sucedan hechos que den lugar a la investigación de las autoridades, dicha aeronave hará escala en el más próximo aeropuerto publico Colombiano, y el comandante dará inmediatamente cuenta a las autoridades para la investigación y juzgamiento según las normas ordinarias de jurisdicción y procedimiento.
