Artículo segundo. El término para ejecutar el trabajo ordenado en el artículo anterior será de dos años, a partir de la fecha de este Decreto, para lo cual se crean por el mismo término los siguientes cargos: A) Un Director de Trabajos (Oficial 4°, con $ 250 mensuales. B) Un Primer Ayudante, con $ 180 mensuales. C) Un Segundo Ayudante, con $ 120 mensuales.
