La Junta Directiva se reunirá en el local donde funcione el Instituto en sesiones ordinarias, a lo menos una vez al mes, y en sesiones extraordinarias, tantas veces cuantas sea necesario en interés del Instituto, a juicio de la misma Junta, o de su Presidente o del Gerente. A tales sesiones deberán concurrir con voz pero sin voto el Gerente, el Revisor Fiscal y el Interventor o quienes hagan sus veces y cualquiera otro empleado que la Junta resuelva hacer concurrir.
