Artículo único . Declárase comprendida la Aduana de Buenaventura en el artículo 6.° del Decreto legislativo número 15, de 27 de Enero último. En consecuencia el Gobierno procederá á fijar la tarifa que debe regir en ella para el cobro de los derechos de importación, y mientras tanto subsistirá la rebaja del veinticinco por ciento (25 por 100) concedida en el Decreto número 99, de 29 de Enero de 1904. Cópiese, publíquese y comuníquese.
