Los responsables del Impuesto sobre las Ventas que no tengan derecho a devoluciones, estarán obligados a presentar dos declaraciones anualmente. La primera comprenderá los períodos bimestrales enero-febrero, marzo-abril y mayo-junio. La segunda comprenderá los períodos bimestrales julio-agosto, septiembre-octubre y noviembre-diciembre.
