Los artículos 3º., 5º., 6º., 7º., y 8º., de la presente Ley se aplicarán en el Departamento del Tolima. El producido que por estos conceptos se obtuviere se destinarán a financiar los Novenos Juegos Atléticos Nacionales a cumplirse en Ibagué.
