Límites a las comisiones al exterior. El numeral 6 del artículo 136 de la Constitución Política, quedará así: 6. Autorizar viajes al exterior con dineros del erario, salvo en cumplimiento de misiones específicas, aprobados por las tres cuartas partes de los miembros de la respectiva cámara, mediante voto nominal.
