Autorízase a la Universidad del Valle para celebrar operaciones de crédito con entidades particulares o bancarias, con la garantía solidaria de la Nación, para cuyo efecto el Ministro de Hacienda podrá suscribir los respectivos documentos, hasta por la cuantía de que trata el artículo 1.° de esta Ley y para los fines previstos en el mismo artículo, previo el cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos por el Decreto legislativo número 1050 de 1955.
