Modifíquese el

inciso segundo del artículo 234 del Decreto 663 de 1993: "En desarrollo de su objeto social, el Banco Agrario de Colombia S. A. (Banagrario) podrá celebrar todas las operaciones autorizadas a los establecimientos de crédito bancarios, así como celebrar operaciones sobre instrumentos financieros derivados sobre precios de commodities, para mitigar los riesgos de crédito, mercado o liquidez".
