Factor de ajuste . Para efectos de calcular el factor de ajuste por ubicación geográfica y condiciones socioeconómicas de la población contemplado en el Decreto 1405 de 1999, se aplicará el Indice de Condiciones de Vida (ICV) del municipio o distrito en que esté ubicada la sede principal de la entidad vigilada. Cuando el Indice de Condiciones de Vida, ICV, no haya sido medido por el Departamento Nacional de Planeación, se aplicará el menor valor entre el Indice de Condiciones de Vida, ICV, del Departamento al cual pertenece el municipio y el Indice de Condiciones de Vida, ICV, promedio nacional.
