Los patronos obligados a suministrar permanentemente calzado y vestido de labor a los trabajadores indicados en los artículos 1°. y 3° de la Ley 3ª de 1969, harán entrega de dichos elementos a sus trabajadores, en las siguientes fechas del calendario: 31 de marzo; 30 de junio; 30 de septiembre, y 31 de diciembre.
