El Gobierno Nacional procederá a fundar dos Colonias Agrícolas en el Territorio Vásquez, Departamento de Boyacá. Una sobre la ribera boyacense del río Magdalena y otra en el interior del Territorio, en los sitios que para el efecto escojan, de común acuerdo, el Ministerio de la Economía Nacional y la Gobernación de Boyacá.
