Vehículos en leasing y renting. Cuando los vehículos hayan sido adquiridos en las modalidades leasing o renting, las obligaciones que corresponden a los propietarios de los Vehículos respecto de los conductores de transporte público terrestre automotor individual de pasajeros en vehículos taxi, se entenderán a cargo del locatario de los equipos.
