Artículo único. Tres días después de publicado el presente decreto, volverán al ejercicio de funciones los empleados públicos nombrados en propiedad y que se hubieren separado en uso de licencia. Pasado ese término los nombramientos interinos quedan confirmados en propiedad y así lo declarará el empleado superior á quien corresponda, según el caso.

Parágrafo

De esta disposición se exceptúan aquellos empleados que se hubieren separado de sus destinos, en propiedad, con el objeto de prestar de otra manera sus servicios al Gobierno. Publíquese.
