El presente auxilio se imputará a la vigencia fiscal correspondiente al año de 1964. El Gobierno Nacional queda ampliamente facultado para hacer los traslados presupuestales y abrir los créditos que fueren necesarios para darle cumplimiento a la presente Ley.
