Modifíquense Los Numerales 5, 7 Y El Parágrafo Del Artículo 11 Del Decreto 4881 De 2008, Los Cuales Quedarán Así: 5

Parágrafo

del artículo 11 del Decreto 4881 de 2008, los cuales quedarán así: 5. Datos sobre la capacidad financiera, indicando

a)

Activo total;

b)

Pasivo total;

c)

Activo corriente;

d)

Pasivo corriente;

e)

Patrimonio expresado en smmlv;

f)

Liquidez. g). Endeudamiento. 7. Datos sobre multas y sanciones de los cinco últimos años en contratos estatales, según la información remitida por las entidades estatales.

Parágrafo

El certificado señalará la información que fue objeto de verificación por parte de las cámaras, indicando de manera expresa los campos del mismo que no están sujetos a dicha verificación, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el presente decreto.
