A Los Auxilios Otorgados Por La Ley 41 De 1919 A Los Departamentos Del Atlántico, Bolívar Y Magdalena, No Se Les Podrá Dar Inversión Distinta De La Que La Misma Ley Indica, Y Por Consiguiente, Sólo Habrá De Disponerse De Tales Auxilios Para El Objeto Expresado En Dicha Ley

° A los auxilios otorgados por la Ley 41 de 1919 a los Departamentos del Atlántico, Bolívar y Magdalena, no se les podrá dar inversión distinta de la que la misma Ley indica, y por consiguiente, sólo habrá de disponerse de tales auxilios para el objeto expresado en dicha Ley.

Parágrafo

Si por cualquier circunstancia no hubiere necesidad en el término de un año de hacer el gasto para el cual se han decretado los auxilios, o si sólo se gastare una parte de ellos, el total o el sobrante, según el caso, deberá reintegrarse al Tesoro Nacional.
