Testimonio de Agente Diplomático. Cuando se requiera el testimonio de un Ministro o Agente Diplomático de nación extranjera acreditado en Colombia, o de una persona de su comitiva o familia, se le pasará al Ministro o Agente, por conducto del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores,

nota suplicatoria con copia de lo conducente para que, si el tiene a bien, declare por medio de certificación jurada, o permita declarar en la misma forma a la persona solicitada.
