Cálculo del tope máximo. Para efectos de determinar si un proveedor de redes y servicios de telecomunicaciones cumple con los topes máximos a los que se refiere el artículo anterior del presente decreto, el espectro que se contabilizará será el asignado para servicios móviles terrestres.
