º Modifícase el artículo 6o. del Decreto 2743 de 1991, en el sentido de que además de las empresas allí mencionadas, las fundaciones sin ánimo de lucro que importen la maquinaria y equipo de que trata dicho Decreto podrán cancelar el impuesto a las importaciones el impuesto sobre las ventas y los gravámenes arancelarios mediante Títulos de Deuda Privada "TDP`s" expedidos con las condiciones y características previstas en el mencionado artículo.
