La rehabilitación de derechos y funciones públicas la concederá el Juez Penal Militar de ejecución de penas y medidas de seguridad, previa solicitud del condenado de acuerdo con las normas del presente capítulo y dentro de los plazos determinados por el Código Penal Militar.
