Artículo único. El Gobierno Nacional hará las gestiones necesarias con el de Venezuela en el sentido de llevar a cumplido efecto el Decreto del Libertador, de 30 de septiembre de 1813, sobre repatriación de los restos del héroe del Bárbula. Coronel Atanasio Girardot, los que entregará al Concejo Municipal de la ciudad de Medellín, cuna del ilustre patricio.

En el Presupuesto respectivo se incluirá la partida necesaria para el cumplimiento de esta Ley.
