º. Si el tiempo de servicio exigido en el primer inciso del artículo anterior se hubiere prestado en la rama jurisdiccional o en el Ministerio Publico en lapso menor de 10 años, la pensión de jubilación se liquidara en la forma ordinaria establecida para los empleados de la rama administrativa del Poder Publico.
