Criterios para apreciar la confesión. Para apreciar la confesión y determinar su mérito probatorio, el funcionario tendrá en cuenta los principios de la crítica racional de las declaraciones y, especialmente, la sinceridad del confesante, posibilidad de que los hechos hubieren ocurrido como lo dice el procesado, el contenido lógico de la confesión y la personalidad del que confiesa.
