TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 1. Los Gobernadores de los Estados espedirán las certificaciones de reconocimiento a favor del prestamista en los términos de este decreto, por los valores que les fueren entregados, i dictarán las providencias conducentes a fin de llevar, una cuenta pormenorizada del dinero i objetos suministrados, con espresion del valor, de los objetos en que consista i del carácter con que se ha hecho el suministro.

Parágrafo

Las certificaciones a que se refiere este artículo deberán entenderse en la forma prescrita en la parte segunda del Código fiscal para las órdenes de pago, modelo número 13, adaptando la redacción al objeto de que se trata.
