Decreto 2128 de 2003 · por el cual se promulga el "Convenio Internacional del Sistema Armonizado de Designación y Codificación de Mercancías", dado en Bruselas el catorce (14) de junio de mil novecientos ochenta y tres (1983) y el "Protocolo de Enmienda al Convenio Internacional del Sistema Armonizado de Designación y Codificación de Mercancías", dado en Bruselas el veinticuatro (24) de junio de mil novecientos ochenta y seis (1986).
