Autorízase a la Asamblea de Caldas para que erija en un Municipio los Corregimientos de La Dorada y Buenavista, o únicamente el primeramente nombrado, pertenecientes al Distrito de Victoria, en aquel Departamento, sin necesidad de que se reúnan las condiciones exigidas por el artículo 8° de la Ley 71 de 1916.
