Art. 2°. La dotacion del empleo de que trata el artículo anterior será la de dos mil cuatrocientos pesos anuales ($2,400), pagaderos por duodécimas partes, imputándose este gasto al Presupuesto para el servicio del año económico de 1869 a 1870, Departamento de Fomento, Capítulo único, Gastos varios, artículo 6°. Para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 4°. de la lei de 26 de abril de 1866, "sobre fomento de varias mejoras materiales."
