ARTICULO VIGESIMOSEXTO. El Oficial Mayor citado en el artículo primero sustituye al Fiscal de Instituciones de Utilidad Común del Ministerio de Educación, creado por el Decreto 206 de 1937. Las funciones de la Fiscalía quedan incorporadas en el Departamento de Asistencia Social. Para efectos de presupuesto, el Gobierno dictará el Decreto respectivo de traslado, de conformidad con lo autorizado en la Ley 96 de 1938.
