Vigencia y derogatorias . El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica el artículo 1.1.1.1. del Decreto 1082 de 2015, Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo de Planeación Nacional y deroga los artículos 1.2.1.3 y 1.2.2.1 del referido Decreto 1082 de 2015, as! como el Decreto 2189 de 2017. y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
