Artículo Primero. Destinase la suma de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000.00), moneda corriente con destino a los damnificados por la catástrofe a que se refiere la parle motiva de este Decreto, y que sean reconocidamente pobres.

Parágrafo

Entre éstos se hará la distribución del auxilio en forma proporcional al valor de las pérdidas sufridas.
