Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para que ceda al distrito de Manatí, si no encontrare inconveniente grave, los terrenos que el espresado distrito compró al presbítero José María del Castillo, i que la Corte Suprema declaró ser de la Nacion por sentencia de 12 de octubre de 1869, publicada en el Diario Oficial número 1,730.
