º. Decisión de vender. Las acciones que la Nación posee en la Central Hidroeléctrica de Betania S.A. ESP., se ofrecerán en venta por la Nación, a través del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.

Parágrafo

Bienes excluidos. Quedan excluidos del programa de enajenación todos los bienes y contribuciones de que trata el artículo 13 de la Ley 226 de 1995.
