Artículo tercero. Las raciones de los menores del Reformatorio de Tunja, reconocidas por Resolución número 415 del Ministerio de Gobierno, de fecha 23 de marzo del corriente año, serán pagadas desde el día en que dicha institución comenzó a funcionar, y se imputarán a la partida presupuestal destinada a estos servicios.
