La presente ley entra a regir el 1° de enero del año 2017 y deroga los artículos 61, 62, 63, 65, 66, 69 y 70 de la Ley 14 de 1983 , los artículos 121, 122, 123, 125, 128, 129 y 130, 133 y 134 del Decreto 1222 de 1986, los artículos 51 y 54 de la Ley 788 de 2002 y las demás que le sean contrarias.
