º . Las Empresas Sociales del Estado creadas por le Decreto-ley 1750 de 2003, podrán celebrar contratos con personas jurídicas de naturaleza solidaria sin ánimo de lucro constituidas por sus ex funcionarios o en las que estos hagan parte que hubieren salido como consecuencia de procesos de reestructuración de la entidad, para entregar en comodato u otras figuras jurídicas sus bienes muebles e inmuebles con el objeto de que en ellos se presten servicios de salud.
